Please follow these steps to enroll by mail. Once we receive your registration an ICC Sales Regional Manager will review your information and respond to you quickly. Step 1. Download the Class Registration PDF form by clicking here. (You need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in installed to view the PDF. Acquire the FREE plug-in by clicking here).
Step 2. Please print out the Class registration PDF form and fill out completely.
Step 3. Mail the completed form to us: ICC

Payment
Payment is due at the time of enrollment. VISA, MasterCard or checks are accepted. Upon receipt of your payment, a letter with receipt will be sent to you confirming your registration in the class. Refund Policy
Registration fees are refundable for cancelations made 14 days prior to the course date. Any cancellations made less than 14 days before the course date will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $75.00. Those who do not show up for the course will be considered no-shows and are liable for the entire course fee. If ICC should cancel the course all registrants will be refunded the full registration fee. ICC is not liable for any residual expenses incurred by the registrant. |
