Elite Installers Qualifications
Use of the ICC Elite Installer Program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions
• You must be an installer and actively purchase ICC end-to-end solutions* to qualify. To register go to http://www.icc.com/login.html
• You must have a company headquartered within the United States and the District of Columbia.
• Gold members must purchase $10,000 or more per quarter and report purchases to ICC every quarter.
* End-to-End: jacks, patch panels, patch cords, and premise cables as channel solutions.
Reward Points Terms and Conditions
1. Report your Purchases If you are already buying from a Premier Distributor (full point-of-sale reporting distributor). Contact your distributor at the end of each quarter to report your purchases If you are not buying from a Premier Distributor or if your distributor will not provide purchase information, then you will need to provide your ICC purchases directly to us. Email (mkt@icc.com) or fax (562.356.3100) all invoices with ICC products circled. Please tally the total yourself; ICC will verify the total based on the invoices submitted. Invoices must be shipped and dated in the quarter we ask for 2. Redeem (If eligible)
Points are earned on a quarterly basis and do not accumulate. Only purchases dated on or after the date of registration will be counted
- Go online, log in, and use your points to redeem items.
- Points expire 30 days after being issued.
- All points must be redeemed on ONE (1) order. Any remaining points will be forfeited.
3. Points that are not redeemed by the expiration date will be forfeited. 4. Earn 2% points on purchases totaling $10,000.00 or more each quarter. For example, purchase $10,000.00 and earn 200 points. 5. Points will be issued into your "My Points" under your ICC Elite Installer account.
6. All purchases must be made from an authorized ICC distributor. 7. This promotion is only offered to ICC Elite Installer within the 50 United States and District of Columbia. 8. Rewards will only be sent to a valid business address located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. 9. ICC reserves the right to verify any documents and audit all transactions and refuse entry into this program. 10. ICC reserves the right to cancel or retain the amount of any reward points issued to an entity under this promotional program. 11. Only purchases dated on or after the date of Elite Installer registration will be counted. 12. Elite Installer and its representatives acknowledge and agree they are responsible for collecting, remitting, or reporting any sales, use, income or other taxes. ICC is not responsible for collecting, remitting or reporting any sales, use, income or other taxes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply; void where prohibited by law. 13. ICC and the selected gift card retailers are in no way partnered or affiliated. These retailers are in no way endorsing ICC or ICC's promotional offers and marketing programs. General Terms and Conditions 1. Employees and families of ICC or ICC distributors can not participate in the program.
2. Submission of false or altered information will result in the loss of privilege to participate in this program.
3. This is a direct ICC marketing promotional program and cannot be combined or used for/with any other promotions, offers or rewards programs.
4. ICC reserves the right to change without notice the terms and conditions of this promotion and modify or end this promotion at any time without notice. |
