How to Register and Pay
Please follow these steps to register and pay.
Step 1. Download the registration and payment authorization PDF forms. (You need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in installed to view the PDF. Acquire the FREE plug-in by clicking here).
Step 2. Print out the forms and fill it out completely.
Step 3. Submit the completed forms to us.
Note: Registration forms will not be accepted without payment.

Payment is due when we process your registration. If paying by check, please make check payable to ICC. If paying by credit card, please fill out payment authorization form. After your registration and payment have been processed, a receipt will be e-mailed to you confirming your registration in the course.
1. Master Technician registration fees are refundable for cancellations made fourteen (14) days prior to the training course date. 2. Any cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the course date will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $85.00 for new registrations and $45.00 for renewals. 3. Registrants who do not attend the course will be considered no-shows and are liable for the entire course fee and are in-eligible to receive early registration incentives. 4. If ICC should cancel the course, all registrants will be refunded the full registration fee. 5. ICC is not liable for any residual expenses incurred by the registrant. 6. Registration policy is subject to change at ICC’s sole discretion.
